The fact of increasing and dense poverty is one of the main problem for human beings. in addition to economic development, the fact should be minimized to prove social improvement.For this aim in this study, after giving main criterion, the reason for the poverty is given seperately for the less developed, developing and developed countries and the effect of globalization on the fact of poverty is discussed. Then, spherical poverty is given generally, and the suggestions for the solution are given
