Important milestones of the German language teaching at the Czech schools from 1918 until today with regard to current supporting means

This diploma thesis focuses on important milestones of the German language teaching at the Czech schools. The aim of the theoretical part is to briefly report on the development of German language teaching and simultaneously serve as a historical base for the practical part. Practical part provides us with the variety of different programmes that lead to support a positive development of the German language teaching. The programs support both quality and quantity and the aim of the practical part is to find out, if they had a positive impact on the development and led to higher preference of German language learning
