Školní klima v nově vzniklé základní škole Světlo v Třebíči

The object of diploma is to present its reader with the first private elementary school in the city of Třebíč. This thesis encourages us to reflect about the general importance of the healthy school climat. Introductory part deals with the general notions referring to the shool climat definitions set by experts. Theoretical part also includes the insight into school climat typology with a view to educational styles, to relationships at school (mutual relationship among teachers, relationship between the teacher and the student, and relationship between the school and parents), it also informs reader about the teacher´s attitudes, evaluation, the school management and its contact with the public. The empirical study is based on the questionnaire. The main goal of the questionnaire is to find out what is the impact of climat on two selected elementary schools, whether the impact has positive or negative consequences the participated respondents. The aim of this thesis is to provide general instructions to create the appropriate positive school climat in all prospective elementary schools
