Title: A dog's impact on the physical activity of persons with a spinal cord injury using orthopaedic wheelchairs Objective: The aim of this thesis is to demonstrate that having had a spinal cord injury, those owning a dog have more physical activity than persons with the same injury who do not own a dog. A secondary objective was to research whether individuals with a spinal cord injury owning a dog get enough daily physical activity as recommended by the World Health Organization.
