The Problematics of Integrating Foreign Students

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of integrating foreign students (students speaking any language other than Czech) into Czech educational system with regard to the most current regulations and legislative documents issued not only by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports but also by non-profit institutions involved in the process. In the theoretical part the most important key terms are described, such as integration or foreign students. Another topics embedded in this part include integrational processes and respective working procedures, as well as the introduction of the aforementioned non-profit institutions which contribute to the integration of foreign students in the Czech Republic. In the empirical part a goal is set to inspect how selected schools (meaning students and educators) deal with the issue of integrating foreign students in practice.
