The aim of this final work is to approach the problems of preventive activities in the conditions of the Secondary School of Communications and Informatics in Tábor. I would like to find out whether prevention programs for students are meaningful. Further, I want to verify how students evaluate their activities and formulate conditions that are related to their effectiveness through appropriate methods. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part will define key words such as prevention and risk behavior, school prevention methodologies, preventive programs and activities and the conditions for their effective implementation.
