Analysis of current theatre reviews in daily newspapers

The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of the format of contemporary theatre reviews in the daily press. The thesis focuses on the theatre reviews in selected daily newspapers, which are published regularly and nationally. The aim of this work is to characterize the role of theatre reviews as a journalistic genre and what this format looks like. In addition, the thesis aims to characterize key critics from selected journals based on their education, work experience, personal interviews and analysis of their theatre reviews selected for the purpose of this thesis in a limited time period of October and November 2016
