Add to ORKGThis bachelor's thesis deals with a design of two-flat family house with massage service in Tečovice. The land for construction is inclide. The object has a basement where are situated massage parlors, garages and technical rooms. On the first floor are two arpatments for a 4-members family. Each apartment has own staircase. On the second floor is resting part of apartments. The construction system is from brick blocks Porotherm, ceilings are folded by Miako inserts. The roof of the house is a gabled one and is made by modern collar beam system. Covering is formed by roof tile Tondach
