Family house with an establishment

This bachelor's thesis deals with designing the project of the family house with the space for the dental surgery. The house is in developing area situated to the nort-west of the centre of small town Luka nad Jihlavou where is going to be housing construction. The object is projected as two-floor with parcial basement detached house for four or five members of family. Dental surgery is designed for one dentist and one assistent. Next to house is also the car park with a capacity of three places for patients. The front door is on the ground floor and situtated to the north.. Constructional system of this house is combined. Supporting system is comprised with blocks of autoclaved aerated concrete. Horizontal construction is made up of precast prestressed ceilling panels. The object is covered by flat roof with protected waterproofing membrane of PVC. The project was made thanks to computer program AutoCAD 2016 by the company Autodesk. The author of this thesis put emphasis especially on right process layout, architectonic layout, construction requirements and statical requirements
