Add to ORKGThe subject of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new detached house with painting atelier in Martinice u Onšova. The designed house will be partly built partly on plot no. 140/2, the main part of the building is designed above the surface of the large pond (plot no. 145) Detached house for a four-member family has two overground floors. Parking is solved by a detached garage for two cars. Foundations are made up of reinforced concrete large diameter drilled pile and frame structure of strip foundation which supports loadbearing wall. Vertical loadbearing structures are designed of clay blocks. The vertical peripheral structures are provided with an insulation system with ventilated space.
