Identification of factors affecting behavior of wild game mammals

This doctoral dissertation focuses on the success of hunting in the area of Military Forests and Farms on the basis of landscape structure, meteorological and climatic influences. The work will be based on data from the years 2005 - 2012, when it recorded every piece of harvested animals. Each piece is recorded the date of hunting, kind of hunting, hunt seat, type of game, game sex, age, live weight, the name of the hunter, the seal number and point value. Data were obtained from the meteorological station Karlovy Vary, where we were given the data for each day in the period 2005 - 2012 and specifically the average daily temperature, daily average wind speed, daily average humidity and average daily pressure. The aim is to prove the hypothesis that landscape structure, meteorological and climatic influences affect the success of hunting, its activity and the ability of hunters to actively influence their abundance. The aim will be to analyze the sites where animals were hunted and then see if we can predict catch a prey to the site. Will be determined by what vegetation there is, therefore, how food supply is there for the game. Or will be tested the effect of feeding animals, boxes for wildlife, etc. The aim will also be to determine if the climate is somehow reflected in the success of hunting and a subsequent evaluation at what the weather was hunting the most successful and the least. The aim will be to determine the influence of daytime activity on the game's behavior. At what time is the most grazing animals and thus the highest possible success of the hunt. On that basis, will be evaluated depending on the weather hunting success. Will be used statistical methods, regression and correlation analysis. These methods will serve us to recognize and describe the statistical dependencies and to validate theories deductively made. Furthermore, this work will be detected isotopes of carbon and nitrogen, which will serve as a basis for interpreting isotopic patterns of isotopes of carbon and nitrogen for wild pigs wild.
