Background and purpose: Roy Adaptation Model is one of the nursing theories applied in the adaptation of patients suffering from chronic diseases. Breast cancer is the most prevalent kind of cancer among women in Iran. The present study aims at investigating the effect of care plan based on Roy Adaptation Model on the spiritual well-being of women with breast cancer. Method: The present study is a semi-experimental study conducted on 80 breast cancer female patients referring to Ahvaz Naft Hospital in 2017.
