This thesis explored how some of the commonly prescribed Bipolar Disorder drugs work at molecular level to better understand the pathophysiology of this disorder. It found that the drugs affected cholesterol biosynthesis, neuronal plasticity and neurite outgrowth related pathways, which could be potential drug targets for Bipolar Disorder
