Organisational health literacy responsiveness: The development of a conceptual framework and organisational self-assessment tool

Using participatory research methods, the scholar developed a conceptual framework describing the characteristics, values, practices and capabilities of health literacy responsiveness organisations. The Framework informed the development of the Org-HLR Self-Assessment Tool and process, which enables organisations to assess their health literacy responsiveness and plan quality improvement activities accordingly.
