Методологія дослідження динамічного формування професійно важливих пізнавальних і особистісних якостей її спеціальностей студентів

The article is devoted to the description of certain methods which identify the dynamic formation of the structure of intelligence and the identity of the IT training profile students. The study uses a technique that includes the colourassociative test of M. Luscher, the definition of the Myers-Briggs typology, and a modified intelligence structure test for R. Amthauer. The verification of the effectiveness of the methodology was carried out by testing students of the Faculty of Information Technologies of the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, the results of which are demonstrated on the basis of the obtained data. The proposed methodology allowed to reveal the peculiarities of the impact of studying at the university on the professionally important qualities of future IT industry professionals.Стаття присвячена опису певних методів, які визначають динамічне формування структури інтелекту та особистості студентів ІТ-профілю навчання. Дослідження використовує методику, яка включає в себе кольоро-асоційативнйи тест М. Luscher, визначення типології за Майерса-Бріггса та тестування структури інтелекту за R. Amthauer. Перевірка ефективності методології проведена на студентах факультету інформаційних технологій Київського університету ім. Б.Гринченка. Запропонована методологія дозволила виявити особливості впливу навчання в університеті на формування професійно важливих якостей майбутніх фахівців IT-галузі
