In the study of the PbₓV₂O₅ system two phases of bronze character were isolated : α˗PbₓV₂O₅, 0 < x < 0.01, is orthorhombic, and β˗PbₓV₂O₅ 0.15 < x < 0.33, is monoclinic. The crystal structure of the β˗phase was determined with a single crystal of the composition Pb₀.₁₉₃V₂O₅ to be of the β˗NaₓV₂O₅ type with the space group C2/m.L'étude du système PbₓV₂O₅ à 650° C nous a permis de mettre en évidence deux phases de type « bronze » : PbₓV₂O₅ α, avec 0 < x < 0,01, est orthorhombique et PbₓV₂O₅ β, avec 0,15 < x < 0,33, est monoclinique.
