Four techniques have been selected to analyse molecular fluid phases in crystals : microthermometry (M.) and Raman Spectrometry (R.S.). non destructive ponctual techniques available only for transparent minerals ; mass spectrometry (M.S.) and gas chromatography (G.C.) available for the bulk analysis of fluids released by crushing or heating of all kinds of minerals. High temperature vein quartz from the scheelite-wolframite deposit of Jbel Aouam (Central Morocco) has been selected to be analysed by the four techniques because it contains a homogeneous generation of fluids.
