A case which mainly deals with the implementation of the so-called rule of the exhaution of domestic remedies, but also casts a new light on the role which the European Court of Human Rights wishes to play in connection with National Courts and, in particular Supreme Courts. This is therefore one of the main interest of this decision. Firstly, the European Court does not constitute a fourth degree of jurisdiction, which would substitute Supreme Courts.
