The Foreign Science and Technology Center (FSTC) was a special-purpose intelligence production organization concerned with weapons and equipment of foreign ground forces. This document is a lengthy, polished brochure giving a general overview of FSTC apparently intended for recruitment purposes. It outlines the mission and function of FSTC and of its subdivisions and gives a thumb-nail sketch of the history of the organization.
