This is the last issue of the Nebraska Law Review, volume fifty. Problems were manifold during the year. In the long run it matters little that we were tardy in publishing the Nebraska Law Review, but the quality (or lack thereof) will remain in the words we have caused to be printed. We hope the ideas embodied in them are worthy to crystallize into law and benefit others
