Guidelines for Successful Evaluation Programs

In recent years, it has become as commonplace in American colleges and universities for students to grade professors as for professors to grade students. Despite the impressive growth of student evaluations, controversy over their use continues without letup. Unfortunately, it has been exacerbated by the not infrequent misuse of student feedback.
