For all individuals aged 2 years and over, the 2015\u20132020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend that water, fat-free and low-fat milk, and 100% juice bethe primary beverages consumed (2). The American Academy of Pediatrics also supports this advice for youth (3).
