Objective: To assess, by using quantitative MRI metrics, structural and metabolic brain abnormalities in subjects with preclinical cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leucoencephalopathy (CADASIL). Background: Brain MRI abnormalities have been occasionally reported in preclinical CADASIL subjects.
