Stenurus globicephalae (Nematoda: Pseudalidae) and Crassicauda grampicola (Nematoda: Spirurida) were found in the pterygoid sinuses of two Risso\u2019s dolphins, Grampus griseus (G. Cuvier, 1812), stranded on the coast of Tuscany in 2012. The gross lesions of two animals showed catarrhal sinusitis of paranasal sinuses, thickening and hyperaemia of meninges. These lesions were linked to the presence of these parasites. S. globicephalae has been already reported in Risso\u2019s dolphin intestine as accidental event.
