Background: Mild hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy) has been shown to be associated with impaired fibrinolysis, but some aspects of this association are unclear. Objective: Using an in vitro model of physiological relevance, we investigated whether and how HHcy influences plasma fibrinolytic potential.
