Arthroscopic rotator interval repair : the three-step all-inside technique

Many clinical reports have emphasized the importance of rotator interval lesions in patients with glenohumeral instability, and many investigators have described open repair techniques, either as a supplement to other capsule reconstruction or as an isolated procedure.
