In den letzten Jahren konnten durch verschiedene Entwicklungen im Zusammenhang mit der Auswertung solcher Sensoren signifikante Verbesserungen in Messgeschwindigkeit und Messgenauigkeit und eine deutliche Reduktion von potentiellen Querempfindlichkeiten erzielt werden.
