The relationship between students learning and teachers professional learning are central in school systems. Teachers professionalism has got a big impact on students outcome. According to international research the professional learning is central and crucial for school leaders in their task to develop schools. How do school leaders think about organizing for teachers professional learning at their schools? According to them, what has got the greatest impact?
