Jumlah penduduk muslim di Indonesia mencapai 87%. Pembukaan kantor-kantor cabang pun meningkat setiap tahunnya. Hal ini berpotensi bagi bank syariah untuk mengajak konsumen muslim yang masih menggunakan jasa bank konvensional untuk beralih menggunakan jasa bank syariah dengan pendekatan emosional spiritual.
