IMPLEMENTASI KEMITRAAN SEKOLAH DENGAN DUNIA INDUSTRI DI SMK PU NEGERI BANDUNG

This study entitled "The Implementation of School Partnership With World Industries in PU SMK Negeri Bandung". This study aimed to describe the pattern of school partnerships are already running, how the implementation of school partnerships, as well as obstacles faced in establishing partnerships. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive technique literature review, observation, interviews and documentation. The study population was Head of Industrial Relations (HUBIN) SMK PU Negeri Bandung, and 10 companies that package expertise Architecture Engineering (1 Company), Geomatics (3 Companies), Light Vehicle Engineering (4 Companies), Installation Engineering Exploitation of Electricity (1 the company), and Computer Network (1 company). The results showed that there is implementation of school partnerships with industry in PU SMK Negeri Bandung, and a general overview of the school partnership with the industry to either category. Obstacles encountered during the implementation of the partnership is quite low and can be addressed by the schools and industry. Penelitian ini berjudul “Implementasi Kemitraan Sekolah Dengan Dunia Industri di SMK PU Negeri Bandung”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola kemitraan sekolah yang sudah berjalan, bagaimana implementasi kemitraan sekolah, serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam menjalin kemitraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik telaah pustaka, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Kepala Hubungan Industri (HUBIN) SMK PU Negeri Bandung, dan 10 perusahaan yaitu paket keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan (1 Perusahaan), Geomatika (3 Perusahaan), Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (4 Perusahaan), Teknik Instalasi Pemanfaatan Tenaga Listrik (1 Perusahaan) , dan Teknik Komputer Jaringan (1 Perusahaan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat implementasi kemitraan sekolah dengan dunia industri di SMK PU Negeri Bandung, dan gambaran umum kemitraan sekolah dengan dunia industri dengan kategori cukup baik. Kendala yang dihadapi selama pelaksanaan kemitraan cukup rendah dan dapat diatasi oleh pihak sekolah dan industri
