The development of biosensors for the detection of extremely low concentration analytes is an economic and societal challenge. It ensures the needs to detect analytes in the economic fields of healthcare, defense and environment. Integrated optical sensors have several advantages to address these challenges. In this thesis, near infrared integrated biosensors for detection of low concentration molecules in biological samples are developed. They are based on two integrated micro-resonators transducers.
