In Egypt, increasing and evolving demand drive many mutations in the milk supply chain. Irrigated family farming systems, integrating crop and livestock productions, are major dairy suppliers for the country, but they remain on the margin of agricultural development. Nevertheless, those producers are rapidly evolving in their practices following supply chain's evolutions. This raises the question of mechanisms involved in those practices evolutions and more specifically, contributions of services and knowledge networks.
