[[abstract]]目的:氣喘(asthma)為一常見呼吸道疾病,症狀是呼吸困難、氣短、喘息、咳嗽和急性發作。方法:綜合整理及歸納先期研究文獻。結果:隨病程延續,疾病將影響患者身體活動量,進而影響日常生活能力降低、注意力不集中及工作效率下降,因疾病控制需長期且不間斷的治療,許多病患易產生服藥遵從性下降、中斷治療等情形,以致季節交替時急性發作率升高。結論:氣喘治療目標是維持疾病的控制,減少急性症狀發生,而適度的呼吸運動和吸氣肌訓練不但可減少急性發作的頻率、增加吸氣肌肉的力量、減輕呼吸困難、提高生活品質也可改善其肺功能及身體狀況。 Purpose: Asthma is a common respiratory disease with symptoms of dyspnea, shortness of breath, wheezing, cough and acute attacks.
