Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a vytvořit suché fantomy tkání, které by se svými dielektrickými vlastnostmi (permitivita a vodivost) blížily reálným biologickým tkáním a následně z těchto směsí vytvořit zjednodušený 3D fantom novorozenecké hlavy. Fantom hlavy je koncipován tak, aby bylo možné v oblasti reprezentující mozek vkládat fantomy ischemické CMP.
