The aim of the study is to find out how employees and employers consider the importance of social support for the work with competency management of organizations. With the goal of generating balance between work life and personal life of employees and attractiveness and prosperous development of organizations. The study has a qualitative approach and semistructured interviews as method. The participants who chose to be a part of the study are employed in organizations and represent both employees and employers.
