La influencia del poder en el clima organizacional de una organización educativa

In this research paper, the theoretical foundations of the philosopher and Psychologist Michel Foucault are exposed, in relation to the concept of power and its power mechanisms, which are an influence of impact within an educational organization. Foucault considers that power exists only when it is put into action; this acts not on others but on their present or future actions (Foucault, 1991, pág. 83), thus producing subjects who, using power mechanisms, mobilize the organization, achieving a balance that is beneficial, thanks to the commitment that is made by the actions of the collaborators. Considering that in Foucault’s approach power is not violence, repression or imposition, but active and productive among the subjects, its influence among the people at the Ana Julia Holguín de Hurtado School is visible as well as the way it affects the Organizational climate in such institution.En este trabajo de indagación, son expuestos los fundamentos teóricos del filósofo y Psicólogo Michel Foucault, en relación al concepto del poder y sus mecanismos de poder, los cuales son una influencia de impacto al interior de una organización educativa. Foucault considera que el poder existe únicamente cuando es puesto en acción; este actúa no sobre los otros sino sobre sus acciones presentes o futuras (Foucault, 1991, pág. 83), produciendo así, sujetos que empleando mecanismos de poder, movilizan la organización, logrando un equilibrio que resulta benéfico, gracias al compromiso que se alcanza en el actuar de los colaboradores. Teniendo presente desde Foucault que el poder no es violencia, represión o imposición, sino que es activo y productivo entre los sujetos, se visibiliza su influencia entre los integrantes del colegio Ana Julia Holguín de Hurtado y la forma cómo este actúa sobre Clima organizacional de la misma.Universidad de San Buenaventura - Cal
