Mood States (MS), as elements which are part of psychological wellbeing, must be subject to improvement through physical activity (PA) and its possible consequences on health. For this purpose, the present research aims to analyze and describe the possible relations of the different levels of PA with the positive and negative feelings with regard to MSs and gender. Participants were 1,002 individuals (≥18 years old, 52.9% women) who were applied: International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) and Mood States Questionnaire (MSQ).
