Monitoring crop agro-biodiversity is essential to measure impacts of climate change on agriculture, not only as a source of traits but also as the foundations of resilient farm ecosystems. Many computer systems were developed in the world, at the national level as well as the international one, to preserve collected data and its dynamics. For ARCAD, the question raised is to identify the computer system enabling the gathering and the mediation of the actual collected data set and the ones that will be collected in the future.
