Most of the Dutch periodicals available on Delpher have been digitized with funding by Metamorfoze, the Dutch national programme for the preservation of paper heritage. Periodicals play an important part in the preservation strategy of the programme. In this TS Tools, we describe the history of Metamorfoze and its projects, consider the current course, and take a look into the future of the programme
