Add to ORKGCultivating no blame culture in the hospital is one of the efforts to improve patient safety. No blame culture means focusing on the hospital system which needs improvement instead of focusing on individuals who perform the incidents. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of no blame culture in patient safety at RSUD dr. H.Soewondo Kendal. This study was a quantitative research with a descriptive survey method. The samples were 157 nurses who were recruited using proportional random sampling. The results showed that more than half of respondents (54.8%) rated no blame culture in patient safety as good, while the remaining (45.2%) rated it as very good.
