FUNGSI PARTAI POLITIK TERHADAP KETERWAKILAN PEREMPUAN DALAM PEMILIHAN UMUM DEWAN PERWAKILAN RAKYAT DAERAH KOTA MALANG (STUDI DI PARTAI DEMOKRASI INDONESIA PERJUANGAN (PDIP) DAN PARTAI KEBANGKITAN BANGSA (PKB))

Women on the process it is not all fine but a many problem example for participation for political parties, from attitude refraction to declaration about politics is have a world of man and so put women’s to have a role about politics. This study takes the formulation of the problem that are first, about recruitment of political parties to discover candidate women’s and the second, process inquiry candidate for Assembly at Regional (DPRD) candidate wemen’s by political parties to Assembly at Regional (DPRD) 2014 Malang. This research is using a juridical sociological methods. The primary data sources are taken from field and secondary data sources are collected from legal document and regulation. The data collections techniques are in from of interviews with administrator of “Partai Demokrasi Perjuangan” (PDIP) and “Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa” (PKB). Outpun of data’s on the analysis about case in the field about representative women’s on the general election Assembly at Regional Malang City with teory or rules normative have a formed on the political parties at Malang city. Based on the result of the both parties have a different recruitment first on the PDIP using political school did continuous specially for women’s or man then PKB just using socialiszation and do not continuous specially for women’s and then about recruitmen for Assembly at Regional (DPRD) Malang City on the both parties have a different using too except about administration, example PDIP based on a. quality of candidate b. position on the parties c. education d. organizational experience, but PKB based on the decision of formal authority on parties and did a scured. In conclusion, on the rule of Parties or rule of government is fire but on the reality so different sometimes parties use women’s its not about to pure about education in order to participans women’s about politics but just for fulfillment to fill about rule
