Creencias en la Justicia: contexto social y político

Our article concerns citizens' views about justice and psychological investigation about the System of Justice. We describe of lines three on study beliefs' Justice (Juridical sentiment, Justice procedural and study of the Jury). We report on the citi-zens' justice beliefs from eight Europeans societies. They are modern societies with market economies (i.e., France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal) and societies post-modern (i.e., Denmark, Sweden, Belgium). We analyze on the Confidence in Justice System in these eight Europeans societies from socio-demographic, political and cultural views. In the modern societies the citizens who have not much confidence in Justice System have values postmateriaslist, though in the postmaterialist societies the citizens who have not much confidence in Justice System have values materialist. The results have interpreted as function of elements cultural (denomination religious, system of values (traditional vs. secular; survival vs. self-realization values), political elements (political self-positioning, government ranking of evaluation) and socio-demographic (sex, age, education). The results sustain our hypothesis: the evaluation of Justice System is a function rather of cultural and political component that one simple concern of procedural and practices justice. Furthermore, the principles of a normative order and subjective valuation are reconstructed across by societies in your evolution. In other words, what is considered just or unjust in the system judicial depends on the context, on who is doing the assessment, and on historical and political conditions.Nuestro artículo analiza las creencias de los ciudadanos y las investigaciones psicológicas sobre los Sistemas de Justicia. Describimos tres líneas en el estudio de las creencias sobre la Justicia (el sentimiento Jurídico, Justicia de Procedimiento y el Jurado). Informamos de las creencias sobre la Justicia de los ciudadanos de ocho sociedades europeas. Unas son sociedades modernas con economías del mercado (por ejemplo, Francia, Alemania, Italia, España, Portugal) y otras son sociedades postmodernas (el caso de Dinamarca, Suecia, y Bélgica). También analizamos la Confianza en el Sistema de Justicia en estas ocho sociedades a partir de variables sociodemográficas, políticas y culturales. En las sociedades modernas los ciudadanos que no tienen mucha confianza en el Sistema de Justicia adoptan valores post-materialistas, mientras que en las sociedades postmaterialistas los que no tienen mucha confianza en el Sistema de Justicia son los materialistas. Los resultados se interpretan como la combinación de elementos culturales (pertenencia religiosa, sistema de valores tradicional vs secular; sociedades de supervivencia vs auto-realización), elementos políticos (posición política, evaluación del gobierno) y socio-demográficas (sexo, edad, educación). Los resultados sostienen nuestras reflexiones: la evaluación de Sistema de Justicia es más bien una función de componente cultural y político que una simple cuestión de procedimientos y prácticas judiciales. Además, los principios de un orden normativo y la valoración subjetiva son reconstruidos continuamente por las sociedades en su evolución.
