El factor religioso en Bulgaria y Rumanía, nuevos miembros de la Unión Europea

This study, made on the basis of the projection of the religious phenomenon in the constitution and the main legislative norms, and also considering their actual realization in the society, tries to assess somehow the degree of historical and current significance of the religious factor in the peoples' social projection, as well as appreciating the attention paid by the public administration - with modernizing aims and among different political and ideological trends - to the religious factor, as long as it can benefit and not damage the citizens' good. The conclusion locates Bulgaria and Romania's state systems within the rest of the European countries.Este estudio, realizado sobre la base de la proyección del fenómeno religioso en la constitución y en las normas legislativas más significativas, así como también mirando hacia la realización práctica de las mismas en la sociedad, intenta evaluar de algún modo el grado de significación histórica y actual del factor religioso en la proyección social de los pueblos y también apreciar la atención dedicada por la administración pública de los mismos, con pretensión modernizadora y entre diferentes corrientes pólíticas e ideológicas, al fenómeno religioso en cuanto puede favorecer y no dañar al bien ciudadano. Una relación final conclusiva podrá situar el sistema estatal de Bulgaria y Rumanía en la panorámica de los demás países europeo
