The aim of this paper is to analyse the spatial behaviour of the free housing price in Albacete. We decided to write it because of the socieconomic importance of the housing subsector in the local, regional and national economy and its implications for Housing Policy. To achieve this aim, we have used the models and estimators imported from Geology, called kriging. In the geostatistics bibliography, the theoretical methodology is precise, since it estimates a spatial process in a point or region in space as a linear combination of a part of the spatial observations or all of them.
