This study aims at finding out the EFL students’ perception on teaching english tenses using drilling technique at SUBEC Palangka Raya. This study belongs to a descriptive survey study with a quantitative approach. For the data collection, it was used the instruments such as documentation, questionnaire, and interview. The population of the study was the EFL students’ of the beginner I level at SUBEC Palangka Raya, with a sample of 30 students. To analysed the data of this study, the researcher used SPSS 16.0 program.
