In this paper, the sandwich panel theory of honeycomb sandwich panel is applied to the finite element model of solar wing veneer. The equivalent mechanical parameters are extracted by its equivalent calculation equation, and then the model of solar wing veneer is completed by applying specific boundary conditions. The dynamic analysis of the solar wing veneer structure is carried out, and the first 5 order modal frequencies and their vibration nephogram are obtained. The modal frequency and mode shape of the test are obtained by modal test of the solar wing veneer.
