On this study, to develop precast concrete with compressive strength 10MPa for 6hour during room temperature curing without steam curing, the evaluation of thermal cracking index and performance were proceeded using hardening accelerater 1.6% and high-early-strength-cement. On the result, within 6hour age, compressive strength were measured over 10MPa. As increased the usage of hardening accelerater, flow and hydration heat were increased shortening setting time.
