In this study, as a part of the environment loading evaluation for passive apartment, building materials used for typical apartment and passive apartment are compared and analyzed. For the study, typical housing and passive apartment which have same structure and same type are chosen building materials per unit area are compared and analyzed to find out the difference between the building materials of typical housing and high-rising passive apartment based on each buildings��� bill of quantities, Consequently, the influence of materials used for high-rising passive apartment is shown, Also, the volume of green house gas emission can be evaluated
