This study was to examine that whether this 8 weeks of Pilates exercise program using multimedia can effect positively to min-age women by comparing the differences of body balance and physical self-efficacy. The analysis of the status change are as follows. First, in the changes of body balance of the exercise group, it presented significant differences with increasing in sense of stability and sensorimotor control ability, but within the changes of body balance of the control group, it did not showed significant differences with no differences.
