This study intends to develop as part of sustainable design system that can effectively assess the durability performance of apartment house and its LCCO��� emissions in the pre-design stage. This study propose an sustainable technologies for reduction of CO��� emission from apartment house. To accomplish this, the life cycle of an apartment house was separated into 4 phase, and a CO��� emissions assessment method was established.
